Payments
To extend your account you can use the following payment methods:
- iDeal
- Paypal
- Creditcard
- Bank transfer
You can extend your account by logging into our website. Once you’re logged in you can choose your type of account and extend it as long as you like (from 48 hours up to 2 years). After that you can choose your prefered payment method.
Payments made through iDeal, Paypal and Creditcard are usually processed immediately. A bank transfer will be processed once the payment is received. For national payments this is usually the next day.
Should it happen that your payment isn’t processed correctly or it is taking too long than please let us know at support@support.hitnews.eu. Please email your username and the payment details. We will process your payment as soon as possible.
In case of a paypal payment please email the paypal account id where the payment is coming from.
iDeal
iDeal is the most used payment system for internet payments in the netherlands.
To extend your account through iDeal please log into our website, choose your account and then choose iDeal as a payment method and the bank you are using. You will be transfered to your own internet-banking page. There you can accept the payment and it will be processed within 10 minutes. You will receive an email within 10 minutes when your account has been activated.
Please note that you have click ok or next after the payment is done. That is the part where our system will receive a signal that your payment is processed and your account is activated. Don’t close your browser after the payment!
Paypal
Paypal is the most used payment system for internet payments.
To extend your account through PayPal please log into our website, choose your account and then choose Paypal as the payment method. You will be transfered to the paypal-website. There you can login using your paypal id and confirm the payment.
Paypal payments can take up to one hour to process. You will receive an email once your account has been extended.
Creditcard payments (through paypal)
To pay by creditcard you can use paypal as the payment method. Paypal supports most creditcards. You don’t need a paypal account to pay by creditcard. See the instructions above.
Bank transfer (Offline Payment)
If you can’t or won’t pay using an internet payment method you can (wire) transfer the money to our bankaccount.
To extend your account using a bank transfer you can log into our website, choose your account and then choose Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will then be redirected to a screen with the payment details. Please remember to add the payment id to your payment. Only then your payment will be processed correctly.
